intuitive connection coach, energy worker & professional Dog trainer
So you’ve got a therapist. You’ve got a dog trainer. And you’re looking for the person to fill the emotional support gaps in between? That’s me!
My deepest passion is showing up for people & their dogs when it feels like “no one gets it”. I am here to support you in having the hard conversations… the conversations that give the whispers in your mind permission to be heard. The voices telling you that “you aren’t doing enough”, “you need to work harder”, “this is your fault”, “your anxiety is causing this”…
I am here to create a space for the stories you tell yourself to be felt, acknowledged and lovingly processed. I am here to help the potential blind spots, patterns or blocks that are preventing you & your dog from experiencing peace & joy, be unpacked with curiosity & love.
We tend to minimize the emotions that life with dogs can cultivate in us. Overwhelm and training fatigue sets in and we reduce our hopelessness or stress to temporary. You deserve support through these hard seasons, and a safe place to let yourself feel & explore how you may be able to really love the life you live with your dog!
I want to help you on your path to a deeper, more connected, and conscious relationship with yourself, your loved ones, your dog, and your desires.
I aspire to empower you with tools and perspectives that support your wellbeing on the hardest of days. To be your ally when it feels like your world has turned against you. And to remind you of your power when you cannot find it for yourself.
After nearly 15 beautiful years of mastering the craft of dog training, it is time for me to step into my soul purpose of deeply supporting the human end of the leash.
Because when we heal, our relationships can heal. This includes the relationship we have with ourselves, our dogs, and our loved ones. When we shift our perspectives, our quality of life has space to improve.
When working together, I will take your (and your dog’s) whole being into consideration. I will help shine a light on what patterns of behaviour your dog or loved ones might be mirroring for you, and lovingly help you move through what currently feels overwhelming or even impossible to breakthrough.
Together, we go beyond traditional dog training and common self-development practices to get to the root of your disconnect or big feelings. This means considering mind, body, spiritual and emotional wellness in order to facilitate deep healing, increased awareness, increased connection, and increased self-confidence.

I am open minded and endlessly curious about WHY we (dogs included) behave or respond the way we do to any given environment or situation.
I grew up in a home that required me, at a young age, to develop a strong sense of energetic awareness. In order to establish physical and emotional safety, I learned how to read the emotional states of others - the silver lining to trauma. My Father was a severe alcoholic with suicidal tendencies, he also struggled with multiple mental health concerns and was generally not a safe person to be around. After a roller coaster of homelessness, hospitalizations, addiction centres, and a lot of reckless behaviour - he eventually, and admittedly to my relief, transitioned back to the stars in 2023.
These difficult and deeply influential childhood experiences lead me down a long, and sometimes dark, path of self-discovery and healing. It also granted me an infinite amount of empathy for others (dogs included) who experience big emotions while working on their ability to self-regulate a sensitive nervous system.
It took me a long time (…like 33 years) to recognize how anxiety was impacting my mental, physical, and relational wellness. I thought I was just a hyper-productive, tenacious go-getter. I have since learned that imbalanced coping mechanisms take many forms, some of which are celebrated as societal norms, but best not be confused as “healthy.”
My dogs, and experiences with wolves in Inner Mongolia (although brief) forced me to listen. To slow down. To tap into the rhythms of the energy world that shape our reality. To trust in the magic that is all around, all the time, that we cannot see, touch or smell.
Dogs were always and have remained my greatest refuge in the darkest of days. I am drawn to their grounded energy, capacity to forgive, to live in the moment, to shake off conflict, and to love unconditionally without judgement.
My Story
And, they, like many people that enter into our lives, also have the uncanny tendency to stir up in us what is left unhealed. Show us the parts of us that we may struggle to love. Trigger our nervous system the same way someone has in our past. Fun stuff, right?
I look at this as an invitation. Can we move from conflict with our dogs to acceptance? Can we change our perspective on our relationship by understanding them deeper? Can we learn about ourselves through how we relate to and perceive our dogs and our loved ones? Can we change their behaviour by addressing our own? Can we recognize and work on the patterns that are no longer serving either of us? Can we trust in the greater purpose of our experiences, and draw on them for strength & resilience during challenging seasons of life? Can we let go of control & lean into more peace?
Can we rise to the occasion of transforming our lives, alongside our dogs, by accepting their invitations?
This is my mission. To illuminate to you that you are not powerless. And that there is hope. And that the sum of your experiences has prepared you perfectly to support yourself, today.
I am endlessly grateful for the canine & human counterparts who have lead me, guided me and allowed me to continue to heal alongside them, and now, to facilitate this same support for you.
Our dogs & relationships with others may be our greatest teachers, if we are willing to learn from them, and listen to their wisdom.
