I will help shine a light on what patterns of behaviour your dog or loved ones might be mirroring for you, and lovingly help you move through what currently feels overwhelming or even impossible to breakthrough.
Together, we go beyond traditional dog training and common self-development practices to get to the root of your disconnect or big feelings. This means considering mind, body, and emotional wellness in order to facilitate deep healing, increased awareness, increased connection, and increased self-confidence.

This is a three-month commitment with virtual in-depth, personal coaching every two weeks, complemented by frequent check-ins throughout the process.
